Salesperson responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store, achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining department readiness. Role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally assist in other departments. Physical stamina required for prolonged movement and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest styling and fit recommendations
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work flexible hours and occasionally support other departments
• Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching as required
