Summary
Lead and drive the business intelligence function across Latin American markets to deliver strategic data insights for senior leadership, Commercial, and Marketing teams. Ensure reliable access to performance data, develop advanced dashboards and visualizations, and promote a data driven culture across distributors and internal stakeholders. Coordinate cross functional efforts to standardize reporting and identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and reports to ensure data reliability across countries and brands.
- Oversee the monthly business performance review cycle and ensure KPI accuracy and consistency.
- Lead cross functional coordination to standardize data submissions and reporting quality.
- Develop, launch, and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with Commercial leadership to identify performance levers and deliver deep dive analyses.
- Train peers and distributor partners in analytical tools and techniques to improve reporting accuracy.
- Research and recommend emerging analytics technologies to enhance BI practices and automation.
- Provide actionable insights on retailer dynamics, brand performance, and regional trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, economics, or equivalent experience in data analysis.
- High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Programming experience such as Python or SQL is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in the luxury or beauty industry is advantageous.
- Detail oriented and analytical with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
- Ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders and build alignment across teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills across regions.
