Business Intelligence Manager

Summary

Lead business intelligence initiatives for Latin American distributors, translating data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Manage BI projects, stakeholders, and reporting processes across international operations. Drive improvements in data quality and analytics capabilities to enable growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI strategies and dashboards to support distribution and sales teams.
• Lead data analysis projects to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in Latam markets.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs.
• Manage BI tools, data pipelines, and reporting infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation for analytics processes.
• Provide regular reporting and presentations to leadership and international partners.
• Coach and mentor team members involved in analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence analytics or related roles.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and reporting.
• Experience working with cross functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
