Summary

The busser is responsible for supporting restaurant operations by quickly clearing and resetting tables, transporting dishes to the kitchen, and assisting with setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance. This role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, strong customer service and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of dining areas
• Assist with food prep tasks as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Work varied schedules based on business needs
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Food handler card where required by local or state regulations
