Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a Client Advisor, embodying the brand in every client interaction and driving commercial results through relationship building and clienteling. This role requires excellent communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to deliver elevated in-store experiences while collaborating with central and local teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand experience and create memorable moments for each client.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointments.
- Promote key product pillars and grow outreach business.
- Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS performance to improve service.
- Work collaboratively with central and local teams to execute strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-focused hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and provide personalized service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and brand ambassador skills.
- Desirable: college or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
