The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences and achieves individual and store sales goals in a luxury retail boutique. This role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio while upholding brand standards and supporting operational and visual merchandising duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable personalized service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Execute the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
• Demonstrate and communicate deep knowledge of product and brand heritage.
• Support merchandising and visual presentation standards on the shop floor.
• Maintain shop floor organization and assist with operational tasks.
• Work toward individual and store sales objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven experience in womens and mens ready to wear.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage a portfolio.
• Attention to visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Professional presentation and alignment with brand standards.
