Luxury retail sales role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, representing the Brand philosophy, maximizing individual and team sales, and developing lasting client relationships through personalized service and CRM engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide excellence in-store service following the client journey ceremony.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an omnichannel mindset and engage in proactive cross selling across departments to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and a positive working environment.
- Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge and monitor fashion trends and competitors.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to line manager when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display, following operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and remain attentive to prevent theft.
Requirements
- Passion for selling and retail with interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships and delivering personalized service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result driven attitude and problem solving skills.
- Strong product category knowledge and passion for the merchandise.
- Fluency in spoken English expected; additional languages desirable.
