Summary
Deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the brand through personalized service and clienteling. Drive sales by developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving commercial targets, and providing sophisticated product advice. Support store hospitality and contribute to an elevated in-store atmosphere while working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the branded client experience in every interaction using a personalized approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Conduct client appointments and convert through discovery and styling.
- Promote key product pillars to grow sales.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable client moments.
- Act on client feedback and Net Promoter Score performance to improve service.
- Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver excellent communication.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email software.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.
