Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and client outreach
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and qualitative data
- Present product stories, perform demonstrations, and close sales with upselling techniques
- Support store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing
- Use digital retail tools and CRM systems to manage appointments and sales
- Perform visual merchandising and window animation to maintain brand presentation
- Coordinate aftersales until product return and follow internal procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues on the sales floor
- Ensure compliance with grooming standards and internal control policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related technologies
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, objection handling, and closing
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP and mix
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Energetic, self-motivated, client-centric with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent the brand in and outside the boutique with professional presentation
