Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals at the Las Vegas Crystals boutique. This role requires deep knowledge of the brand, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and retain long-term client relationships while supporting team operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients following brand standards
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
  • Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain customer records
  • Build and retain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients
  • Support the sales ceremony and mentor teammates on the shop floor
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor presentation
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand heritage to clients
  • Contribute to achieving sales policies, objectives, and initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver high level of client service and tailor experiences
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for clienteling
  • Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets
