Summary
The Client Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives sales while representing the brand professionally at all times. This role supports store operations, maintains client relationships, and assists with merchandising and loss prevention to meet individual and store objectives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor KPIs and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and requests
- Assist with special requests including repairs special orders and returns
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database
- Participate in stocking restocking and regular store maintenance
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards
- Support visual merchandising with direction from visual merchandising and management
- Assist in training new client advisors and participate in team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience
- Proven sales driven performance and achievement of targets
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems
- Knowledge of ready to wear is a plus
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs
- Team player with a proactive attitude and passion for fashion and luxury goods
