Summary

Provide exceptional client experience and represent the luxury brand on the sales floor while achieving individual and store sales goals. Support operational excellence, merchandising, and the maintenance of brand standards. Use CRM tools to build and retain client relationships and contribute to business development through client sourcing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to clients and act as brand ambassador.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and support store sales goals.
• Use CRM to monitor, update, and develop client relationships.
• Source and cultivate new clients through outreach and CRM tools.
• Mentor and support team members to ensure smooth sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining the shop floor presentation.
• Oversee adherence to sales policies and store initiatives.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand heritage to clients.
• Support operational tasks to uphold brand image and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience selling Womens and Mens ready to wear.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems for client management.
• Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards.
• Ability to mentor peers and contribute to team performance.
