Client Advisor - Fifth Avenue

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Fifth Avenue, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, meeting their individual needs and expectations. You will act as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting the brand's philosophy and values, and creating a luxury client experience.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience.
• Maintain security standards and contribute to visual display standards.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different customers.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
