Client Advisor

Summary

Full Time Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering high-end client service and maintaining merchandising and operational standards at the Sherman Oaks store. The role involves building client relationships, supporting events and inventory processes, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communication
• Provide exceptional client service at all times
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise, and store standards
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory
• Adhere to store and company procedures
• Support operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Prior experience in retail or boutique environment with high-end goods
• Clientele-oriented sales experience
• Availability for open scheduling including weekends
• Ability to maintain merchandising and operational standards
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
