As a Client Advisor at our Las Vegas Crystal Boutique, you will provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in ensuring a smooth sales process on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and mentor team members.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
