Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor will drive sales growth and deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail environment, building strong client relationships and contributing to store success through product expertise and elevated shopping experiences. This role supports visual merchandising, sales action plans, and after-sales client care.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and support team sales growth
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to aid the sales process
• Engage proactively with clients to promote products and provide personalized assistance
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through follow up and after-sales support
• Collect and update client information to tailor future interactions
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans to improve sales
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiencies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem solving skills
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
