Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for building and maintaining client relationships within the luxury market at the Miami Design District concession. Role focuses on achieving individual and store sales targets while representing brand values and supporting team selling initiatives in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals
• Provide exemplary customer service reflecting brand core values
• Support sales staff by locating merchandise not on the sales floor
• Engage in team selling and incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Develop and maintain a client book and follow up to increase client retention
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and client issue resolution
• Participate in visual merchandising and general housekeeping of the selling space
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in retail sales
• Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Bilingual speaking is a plus
