Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge, and support the team in maintaining operational excellence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients consistent with brand standards.
• Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive selling.
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain qualitative client records.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with loyal clients.
• Support merchandising and upkeep of the shop floor.
• Mentor team members and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
• Oversee adherence to sales policies and store initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with women’s and men’s ready to wear.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency using CRM and clienteling tools.
• Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards.
