Summary
Represent the Brand in-store by delivering exceptional client service, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales performance through personalized experiences and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individual approaches and use of CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors and demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet high standards and comply with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to loss prevention and maintain attention to security to prevent product theft.
Requirements
- Passion for human relations and sales with interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion and knowledge of the product category.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
