Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve individual and store sales goals at the San Francisco Premium Outlet. Support the sales team, maintain brand standards, and drive clienteling through CRM to grow and retain a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the sales ceremony
• Achieve individual and monthly store sales targets
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records
• Build and retain long term relationships with loyal clients
• Support merchandising and shop floor maintenance
• Assist in implementing sales policies and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of brand history and heritage
• Ability to mentor teammates and support team operations
