The Client Advisor will deliver a world-class luxury experience by building lasting client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing brand heritage through storytelling and product expertise. This role focuses on personalized client engagement, CRM-driven outreach, and supporting boutique operations to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless, personalized luxury client experience on the sales floor.
- Execute the brand selling ceremony and tailor sales approaches to client needs.
- Proactively achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Use CRM tools and data to engage, track, and retain clientele.
- Represent the brand at private events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements.
- Support inventory control, visual merchandising, and product replenishment.
- Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures and daily readiness.
Requirements
- Proven success in luxury retail with a record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience engaging high-net-worth clients and executing sophisticated sales interactions.
- Strong storytelling skills and deep product knowledge of luxury craftsmanship.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, engaging, and adaptable.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital clienteling tools.
- Multilingual skills are a plus for serving an international clientele.
