Client Advisor - The Galleria

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals by leveraging product knowledge and operational skills to create an outstanding client experience. Support store operations, maintain client relationships, and represent the brand professionally while contributing to store performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries
• Assist with special requests including repairs special orders and returns
• Perform stocking restocking and regular store maintenance tasks
• Use POS and other software accurately and update customer database
• Adhere to store policies procedures and loss prevention standards
• Assist with opening and closing the store and participate in team meetings
• Support visual standards and participate in training new client advisors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience; luxury retail preferred
• High school diploma minimum
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to use POS systems and inventory management functions
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Digital literacy and ability to lift up to 10lbs
• Teamwork orientation and goal driven mentality
• Foreign language skills are a plus
