Job Description

Summary

Deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and store sales goals while representing the luxury brand. Support operational excellence on the shop floor, mentor team members, and maintain the brand image. Use CRM tools to source new clients and build long-term relationships with loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable, tailored service to clients according to brand standards
  • Achieve individual and monthly store sales targets
  • Use CRM to monitor, update, and develop client relationships
  • Sourcing and identifying potential clients through CRM tools
  • Support and mentor the team during the sales ceremony on the shop floor
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor presentation
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand history to clients
  • Oversee adherence to sales policies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and retain long term client relationships
  • Experience using CRM tools for clienteling
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
