Cross Functional Service Center Specialist

Summary

The Cross Functional Service Center Specialist processes and updates service orders, manages parts inventory, and provides machine engraving and embossing services to meet departmental production and quality standards. The role liaises with internal clients and Repair Services technical staff, troubleshoots service issues, and supports management on projects.

Responsibilities

• Process and update service orders using the Repair System, including logging and prioritization
• Ensure orders meet service delivery and quality standards
• Stage orders and prepare shipments while maintaining merchandise security
• Manage parts inventory, perform cycle counts, and order parts as needed
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies with management
• Provide machine engraving and embossing services for product and packaging
• Troubleshoot service issues and assist in responding to internal client inquiries
• Report equipment needs and order issues to management in a timely manner
• Support management on departmental projects as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative business or technical environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience with machine engraving or embossing preferred
• Familiarity with graphic programs is a plus
• Inventory management knowledge is a plus
• Graduate Gemologist is a plus
