Summary
Lead a department or floor to achieve sales and client development targets by coaching and developing client advisors, supporting the Store Manager/Director, and ensuring outstanding client experience in the Miami Design District store.
Responsibilities
- Own department and floor performance, driving sales and KPI achievement.
- Coach and develop a team of client advisors with regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Recruit and secure succession plans in collaboration with Store Manager or Director.
- Lead by example on selling techniques and support team sales activities.
- Manage customer flow to ensure high level of client service and engagement.
- Develop customer database through optimized data capture and integrity.
- Analyze category performance and create action plans to grow sales.
- Maintain inventory management and implement store policies and procedures.
- Lead store operations in absence of senior management including opening and closing.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams in a similar retail luxury or fashion environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to amplify diversity.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative commercial solutions.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category and fashion industry.
- Client centric mindset with focus on exceeding expectations.
