Job Description

Summary

As a District Manager at Dolce & Gabbana's Houston Boutiques, you will oversee two store locations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and maintaining the brand's integrity and image. You will be responsible for maximizing productivity, managing client development, and ensuring exemplary levels of client service.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve store sales goals and control store expenses.
  • Ensure exemplary client service through monitoring, assessing, and coaching staff.
  • Oversee stock fill-in and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
  • Maintain overall store presentation, including maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Manage inventory control and effective staff management through coaching and development.
  • Recruit and train the best candidates, ensuring adequate coverage levels.
  • Conduct general store meetings and recommend sales and marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and the corporate office.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.
