Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports Salesperson Video Program shoots by receiving, prepping, labeling and returning samples from photo studios, fulfillment centers, and the salesfloor. This on-call flexible position coordinates with project teams and store logistics, may require travel between stores, and involves variable hours during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors
- Ensure all product is prepped and ready for assigned filming shifts
- Label product accurately at receipt, during shoot, and upon return
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area following program and store guidelines
- Report product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor adhering to store guidelines for dress and customer interaction
- Partner with store logistics teams to check out inventory for filming
- Support training for new crew members as needed
- Communicate with program teams via Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
