Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports the Salesperson Video Program by receiving and preparing samples for video shoots, coordinating with project teams and store logistics, and traveling between store locations as needed. This on-call role requires flexibility in hours during peak periods and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors
- Ensure product is prepped and ready for assigned filming shifts
- Label product accurately at receipt, during shoot, and upon return
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area following program and store guidelines
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor following store guidelines for customer interaction
- Partner with store logistics teams to check out inventory for filming
- Maintain understanding of video sample process and related tools
- Communicate with program teams via Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with high-end retail and service environments
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
