Flex Videographer - Perimeter Mall

Summary

The Flex Videographer creates high quality professional videos with salespeople and stylists for the company website, providing an engaging online customer experience. This on-call flexible position sets up and operates camera, audio, and lighting equipment, coaches talent, manages footage workflow, and supports production needs at the Perimeter Mall location.

Responsibilities

• Set up camera, audio, lighting and fixtures daily following program guidelines for framing
• Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-roll
• Partner with on-set Associate Producer to guide talent and content
• Coach talent on set to create engaging content
• Manage audio and audit content while filming
• Backup and upload footage after each shift for post-production
• Maintain audio and video supplies and communicate repair needs to regional Producer
• Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed
• Support training or onboarding of crew members when requested

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Audio and Video Production preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
• 5 years audio and video production experience
• 3 years experience in the fashion industry
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Ability to make quick decisions and think on your feet
• Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
