- Manage and administer the Performance Career Review and Organizational Management Review.
- Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent acquisition plans.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases.
- Conduct complex ER investigations ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Work with the C&B department to ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes.
