Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Director at Louis Vuitton, you will play a crucial role in partnering with local Regional and Retail Management leadership teams to achieve strategic and commercial objectives. Your focus will be on optimizing workforce and HR planning, recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent, and promoting the brand as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
  • Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through consistent coaching and tailored action plans.
  • Drive innovation and business growth by building a culture of engagement and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and LV policies.
  • Partner with Internal Communications for regional communication rollouts.
  • Manage and administer the Performance Career Review and Organizational Management Review.
  • Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent acquisition plans.
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases.
  • Conduct complex ER investigations ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Work with the C&B department to ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Deep understanding of performance management processes.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and retain talent within the organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
