Inventory Control Supervisor - Roosevelt Field Pop-Up

As an Inventory Control Supervisor at the Hermès Roosevelt Field Pop-Up, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our luxury boutique. You will work closely with the Managing Director and sales team to ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while supporting the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure all items are stored and maintained according to VM guidelines.
• Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts and CRM files.
• Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of customer service in line with Hermès standards.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
