Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer service targets for assigned areas
• Recruit hire and onboard top retail talent
• Lead motivate and retain a high performing team
• Coach employees on standards performance and behaviors
• Serve as manager in charge of the store as required
• Oversee merchandise presentation inventory performance and seasonal planning
• Implement customer relationship and loyalty management programming
• Manage payroll expense while ensuring appropriate coverage
• Maintain health safety privacy and cyber security compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with sales accountability
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets
• Experience in luxury retail selling preferred
• Ability to initiate and adopt change
• Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
• Client focused with ability to grow and maintain a client base
• Operational awareness of store and leased business activities
