Summary

Lead a specialty coffee unit through coaching, mentoring and business management to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving productivity and controlling costs. Complete a Manager in Training program and oversee hiring, training and day to day operations at the Houston Galleria location.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
• Hire, train, manage and motivate store crew
• Maintain high levels of customer service and engagement
• Implement store strategy and company procedures
• Manage productivity and control costs
• Ensure compliance with local and state food handling regulations
• Support unit success through effective communication and leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years coffee bar management experience in specialty coffee
• Knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work a flexible schedule
• Food handler card where required by local and state regulations
• Solid communication skills and basic accounting skills
