Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
• Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew to deliver excellent customer service
• Implement store strategy and maintain high standards for product and service quality
• Monitor productivity and control labor and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and local health regulations
• Support customer satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of coffee bar management experience in specialty coffee
• Or 2 years of full service upscale restaurant management experience
• Passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules
• Food handler's card where required by local regulations
• Solid communication skills and basic accounting abilities
