Outside Sales Field Representative

As an Outside Sales Field Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for existing accounts within your assigned territory at Essilor Labs of America. Your role will involve driving sales performance, fostering customer relations, and expanding sales volume for Essilor branded products. You will be responsible for acquiring and growing the business and loyalty of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) through strategic positioning and delivery of branded products, marketing strategies, and service excellence.

• Partner with Specialists to drive growth of Essilor branded products and training opportunities.
• Develop existing account base and gain new accounts through territory prospecting.
• Review cycle plans, market conditions, and customer needs with District Sales Manager to plan territory sales strategy.
• Build and implement strategies for all accounts, with in-depth strategies for key accounts.
• Utilize Brand Sales strategy to develop trusted partnerships with ECPs.
• Determine customer needs and position Essilor’s premium branded products to meet those needs.
• Use analytical tools and software applications to manage Territory accounts.
• Conduct effective account seminars for large and small audiences.
• Anticipate and address customer needs proactively, resolving issues in a timely manner.

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience with demonstrated results.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including flexibility and adaptability.
• Demonstrated computer and presentation skills.
• Customer service orientation with experience in client relations preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
