Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Cultivate and grow a customer following using text and social media
• Provide exceptional customer service and style guidance
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the primary one
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
