Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty
• Work collaboratively with team to maintain department standards
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and occasional cross department duties
