Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales both in-store and digitally, and maintaining department presentation. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments. Focus areas include women's shoes, handbags, and women's apparel.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a personal customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Support team members and collaborate to keep the department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one hired into
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge to advise customers
