Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels, and maintaining merchandise presentation. Role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments. Focuses on building customer relationships and using technology and networking to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media tools to grow customer following and drive sales
• Open new customer reward program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready with light cleaning and organization
• Work flexibly across departments as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and reaching to handle merchandise
