Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling advice, and supporting department merchandising and operations. Schedule varies by business needs and may require flexibility to work in different departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Cultivate and grow a customer following using text and social media
• Provide excellent customer service and styling guidance
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally work in departments other than the one hired into
• Handle merchandise including lifting, reaching, and moving items as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
• Comfort using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
