Summary

Seasonal and regular retail logistics role responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean stockroom. Role requires early morning start times and the ability to lift and carry merchandise. Focus is on timely fulfillment, accurate processing, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store tasks such as special event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early morning start times
• Eligible to work and pass background checks as required
