Summary

Seasonal and regular retail logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments and organize stockroom
• Fulfill customer orders timely following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping procedures
• Use inventory management systems to scan and process merchandise shipments
• Research shipment issues in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special event setup, markdowns, and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using a variety of technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform continuous movement including bending, twisting and reaching for extended periods
• Flexible availability to work a schedule based on business needs
