Retail Stock And Fulfillment - The Mall At Short Hills

Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean organized store environment. Works in a fast paced retail setting requiring physical stamina and the ability to use inventory technology and packing systems. Performs shipping, unpacking, stocking and general store support tasks to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Receive unload and unpack incoming freight and deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders timely following quality and packing standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping procedures
• Use inventory management systems to scan process and research merchandise shipments
• Maintain clean organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store operations including special event setup markdowns and relocating fixtures
• Assist with inventory control processes and stock replenishment

Requirements

• High level of ownership accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and new computer applications
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending twisting and reaching
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
