Join the team as a Sales Associate representing a luxury footwear and accessories brand in Toronto. You will deliver an elevated customer experience, build and maintain client relationships, and support store operations while developing product knowledge and contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service during and after the sale
• Cultivate and maintain strong clientele relationships
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and terminology
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained
• Fulfill key holder duties including opening and closing
• Perform cash handling and financial responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Self starter with ability to drive sales results
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Motivated and curious with ability to engage clients
• Technologically savvy with entrepreneurial mindset
