Summary

Part-time Sales Associate role at an outlet location responsible for supporting sales productivity, customer service, inventory management and maintaining presentation standards. The role requires teamwork, professionalism and the ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure accurate representation of sizes and styles
• Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management to avoid shrink
• Keep stock room clean and organized at all times
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost effectively
• Stock store shelves and racks as needed
• Assist with preparation and execution of physical inventory and resolve discrepancies
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers clients and management

Requirements

• Minimum of two years retail experience stock experience preferred
• Full understanding of specialty retail
• Computer skills including operation of retail point of sale systems Word Excel and email
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Positive outgoing high energy entrepreneurial and sales focused personality
