Sales Associate responsible for developing deep long lasting customer relationships to drive sales service and loyalty. Role is commission based and requires meeting and exceeding sales and service targets while supporting merchandising and client outreach activities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Attend product knowledge vendor and company training sessions
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising and price changes
- Communicate regularly with clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary
- Comply with health safety privacy and cyber security policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Collaborative team oriented work style
- Use of social media to promote personal brand and client engagement
- Skilled at using multiple technology channels for client acquisition and retention
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across store merchandise categories
- Proactive about new merchandise arrivals to maximize selling potential
