Sales Manager responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence at the Santa Clara Valley Fair boutique. The role leads and coaches teams, supports store strategic goals, and ensures brand standards and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive sales and deepen client engagement
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
- Manage client relationships using CRM including appointment selling and client acquisition
- Mentor team members by sharing best practices and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising and operational boutique standards
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues with Store Leadership and Client Services
- Partner with Store Leadership on team development and daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Experience with womens and mens ready to wear
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven and adaptable to a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM and appointment selling practices
- Understanding of retail KPIs such as conversion UPT and repurchase rate
