Summary

Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for customers visiting Santa by greeting guests, maintaining Santa's Workshop, assisting with picture orders, and supporting the photographer and Santa to create memorable holiday photos.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they wait to visit Santa
• Set up and maintain Santa's Workshop during operating hours
• Assist customers in placing picture orders
• Support Santa and the photographer in producing holiday photos
• Interact with children and families in a warm and professional manner
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and kindness in a fast paced environment
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting as needed

Requirements

• Outgoing with strong verbal communication skills
• Customer service and solution focused mindset
• Proactive and solution oriented problem solver
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work flexible schedules including peak holiday hours
• Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
