Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service with honest styling and fit guidance
• Grow customer base and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with team to keep department customer ready
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
