Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - Hillsdale Shopping Center

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, fixtures, equipment, merchandise, supplies, money and employees. Acts as a point of contact for building personnel and guests, monitors alarms and coordinates with receiving and warehouse staff. Operates security screening equipment and responds to incidents with a calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, screening and confirming appointments
• Log and validate information for trucks and inbound deliveries and communicate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security with urgency
• Maintain confidentiality and ownership over security-related information
